This two night break includes a pre-dinner artisan gin tasting and teach in session by our knowledgeable bar staff. There are three gins to contrast and compare: our own Woolley Walled Garden gin produced by local Scout & Sage Microdistillery using botanicals from our walled garden, 6 O-Clock Jekka and Monkey 47. Truly a gin lovers heaven!
Follow with a delicious 5 course tasting menu (see below) showcasing the very best of Jethro Lawrence’s cooking using locally sourced fresh ingredients, many from our own kitchen gardens. Jethro Lawrence trained under Simon Rogan and was a BBC Masterchef: The Professionals Quarterfinalist. His cooking delivers perfect flavour combinations masterfully presented.
Bradford on Avon is often described as a mini Bath. Beautiful honey coloured terraced cottages line the hillside, and independent cafes, food shops and restaurants abound.
