There’s nothing we all need more this summer than to get away and whilst we perhaps can’t travel very far at the moment, our new Luxury Glamping Suites and The Hideout Café & Bar could offer a little bit of that much-needed escapism.
The Hideout Bar & Cafe
Situated in the top field (just follow the glamping signs on entering the hotel) with views over the valley towards the White Horse of Westbury, The Hideout exudes a chilled kind of vibe. A café and bar, rolled into one, you can sip a cocktail with fresh mint from the garden whilst listening to the blues or indulge in a freshly cooked sourdough pizza or burger with a glass of red. All are welcome - children too with some special tasty dishes and plenty of space to run around and burn off that energy.
Just kick back, relax and imagine you’re in Tuscany!
The lunch time menu offers salads, pizzas, tartlets and burgers. Evenings are summer festival themed: BBQ Night runs on a Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday; Pizza Night on a Tuesday, Curry Night on a Thursday and Paella Night on a Saturday. Vegans, vegetarians, gluten free and other diets are catered for, as are children. Tables must be pre-booked and bookings are taken from 5-7.45pm in 90 minute dining slots.

A Glamping Staycation
Looking for a relaxing break? Recently listed by the Sunday Times as one of the best ‘super-glamping’ experiences, our luxury two bedroom and bathroom glamping suites are the perfect place to unwind and totally chill.
Glampers have use of all the hotel facilities including the two swimming pools, 90minutes childcare per day (per night of your stay) in the Woolley Bears Den, use of the Elemis spa and the 14 acres of gardens complete with playhouses, rabbits, Indian runner ducks and chickens. Tables can also be pre-booked (subject to availability) in the main hotel restaurant where award winning Head Chef Dean Westcar (BBC Masterchef: The Professionals Semi Finalist) creates dishes to tantalise the tastebuds.
The glamping suites are ideal for families as there is plenty of space in and out. To quote the Editor-in-Chief of Hello magazine: ‘It was such a joy to witness our boys wake early in the morning, excitedly put on their coats and wellies and venture out to explore the gardens. There was no mention of a TV or screen all weekend’.
The glamping suites are also great for friends and families looking for a UK Staycation or perhaps a girlie get-away with a difference.
Weddings, anniversaries and significant birthdays.
Take exclusive use of all eight of the glamping suites and the Hideout and Glamping site is yours for the duration of your stay. A perfect location for a get together and, if you have additional party members who prefer to stay in the hotel, then that's an option too! So if you have a celebration coming up, whether it's a wedding, an anniversary or a big birthday, please do get in touch.
