From M4 Junction 17 (20 minutes)

  • From Junction 17, take the A350 to Chippenham.
  • At the end of the dual carriageway, turn right at the roundabout (with Morrisons on your left) and follow the bypass. Go straight over the next two roundabouts.
  • At the third roundabout, turn right onto the A4 to Corsham and Bath.
  • After about two miles you will go through a small village called Pickwick. Just beyond Pickwick and two mini roundabouts, the road forks: follow the left fork (B3109) to Bradford on Avon.
  • Follow this road, going straight over at ‘Five Ways’ Junction. Just beyond Bradford Leigh, turn left at the crossroads signposted Woolley Green and Trowbridge.
  • After 200 yards, the road narrows and you will come to Woolley Green. Turn right at the green and right immediately again, following the garden wall to the entrance of Woolley Grange on the right.

From M4 Junction 18 (25 minutes)

  • From Junction 18, take the A46 to Bath.
  • After about 10 miles, approaching Bath, you will descend a long steep hill. Remain in the right hand lane and continue along the dual carriageway toward Bradford on Avon and the A4.
  • At the next roundabout, take the third exit (Bradford Rd, A363) under the railway bridge, bearing right and up the hill towards Bradford-on-Avon.
  • Carry straight on along the Bath road (A363), passing Cumberwell Park on your left. After about half a mile, turn left,  signposted Trowbridge (B3105).
  • Follow this road for about one mile until the road narrows and you reach Woolley Green. Turn right at the green and right immediately again, following the garden wall to the entrance of Woolley Grange on the right.

From Bath (A4) (8 miles from centre)

  • Take the A4 (London Rd) out of Bath and at the major roundabout with the A46, take the third exit (A4) towards Chippenham.
  • At the next roundabout, take the third exit (Bradford Rd, A363) under the railway bridge, bearing right and up the hill towards Bradford-on-Avon.
  • Carry straight on along the Bath road (A363), passing Cumberwell Park on your left. After about half a mile, turn left, signposted Trowbridge (B3105).
  • Follow this road for about one mile until the road narrows and you reach Woolley Green. Turn right at the green and right immediately again, following the garden wall to the entrance of Woolley Grange on the right.

From A303 via Warminster

  • Turn off the A303 onto the A36 and head north towards Warminster. Continue beyond Warminster along the A36 towards Bath, and the road will become a dual carriageway. At the next roundabout, turn right onto the A361 towards Trowbridge. Follow the road for one mile, passing through a small village with a church and turn left, signposted Bradford-on-Avon (B3109).
  • After about five miles you will enter Bradford-on-Avon. Go over the bridge and straight over two mini roundabouts.
  • Pass over the next bridge and straight over the next mini roundabout onto Silver Street.
  • Continue along this road and then turn left into Springfield Rd, opposite Moulton Bicycles.
  • Continue up this street until you come to a petrol station on the left. Just opposite, turn right onto Woolley Street and continue for 800 yards. Woolley Grange is on the left.

From Westbury (Wiltshire)

  • Head out of Westbury on the A350 toward Trowbridge.
  • At the Yarnbrook roundabout, go straight on towards North Bradley on the A363.
  • Continue through North Bradley for two miles and turn right at the T-junction onto the A361. Continue for two miles towards Trowbridge and Semmington.
  • After 2.5 miles, turn left onto the B3105 toward Staverton, continuing past the Nestlé factory.
  • At the T-junction, turn left and then immediately right onto the B3105 towards Bradford-on-Avon. Carry on along this road for half a mile and follow the sharp left hand bend into Woolley Green. After the bend, take the road off to the left onto Woolley Street. Woolley Grange will be on your right, at the end of the garden wall.
