Summer Play Leader Begins afternoon activities from Monday 7th July...
Each afternoon our play leader will be on duty in to guide the older children into some great adventures, each day the activities will change and rain will not stop play as they can retire to the Tepee for indoor fun. This does of course leave you with the dilemma of how to spend your time. The Fun Has Begun!
We all remember those endless days of school summer holidays and the fab memories of adventures with friends, picnics , swimming, cricket matches, daisy chains and day dreams and above all the sense of freedom! Well those days are back at Woolley Grange this summer. Tepee HQ is up and running and our first guests of the summer have been spotted hunting for bugs! We’ve had an interesting cricket match, table tennis championships and wand making (which went down well with all budding fairies and Harry Potters). The rain does not stop play and we can see there is definitely a summer of fun ahead!  During the school holidays, our summer play person will be in the garden from 2pm to 6pm, from Monday to Thursday, to guide the older children into some great outdoor adventures, games or just chilling out.Tepee HQ will be the base camp and from here, new friends can get together for nature trails and bug hunts, cricket matches and football games, table tennis and mini tennis, rounders and mini Olympics - the list is endless and whilst they are having fun, you can relax by the pool. With a month of sunshine promised and long summer days ahead, enjoy some extra special reasons to visit Woolley Grange for a midweek break in August… Sunday 3rd to Thursday 7th August Something special for parents to ease in the half way point of the school holidays: Champagne week - all bookings will receive a complimentary bottle of Champagne. Sunday 10th to Thursday 14th August We know the sun is going to shine this week so it has to be afternoon tea on the terrace - arrive in time to indulge with one of our delicious cream teas. Sunday 17th to Thursday 21st August Pool party week - every afternoon our play leader will host a party with fun and games and party tea, suitable for children over 8 years of age. Little people will have special holiday activities in the Den too! All of above offers are subject to a minimum two night stay, between Sunday and Thursday each week. Rooms are available from £250 per night to include dinner, bed and breakfast. Children are accommodated free of charge when sharing their parents room and have complimentary use of the Woolley Bears Den and summer play leader activities.
