Our new spa has truly been unveiled as the scaffolding came down last week to reveal a beautiful building. Blending into the bath stone wall of the kitchen garden the building is complemented by new bath stone and natural oak timber. The roof seems to float below the kitchen garden wall and with full length glass windows the view from the pool will be breathtaking. Plastering and tiling has been started internally which means that we can get a real sense of the final scale of the space. Oak flooring about to go in.
We are currently planning our launch party which will be on Sunday 17th October and will involve all sorts of family fun as well as information and tours of the spa.
Interesting facts:
The building has required 55 tonnes of natural Cotswold stone and 10 km of timber including seasoned oak. The building really blends into its environment.
Located in the Walled Garden, The Spa at Woolley Grange will have a very relaxed ambience, the pool will be available at all times for family swims and the gardens around it will become a feature of the area creating a great backdrop to the pool area.
The treatment menu using [Comfort Zone] will take inspiration from the garden, featuring herbs, flowers and vegetable ingredients, the experience will be relaxing and therapeutic.
