New Year 2008
A fully inclusive 3 night package
Tuesday 30th December
Arrive from 3pm onwards to enjoy a sumptuous afternoon tea. You then have time to relax as the children meet the nannies in the Den and enjoy a fabulous performance by the Sunshine Clowns show. Children however big are welcome to join in!
After Children’s tea little ones can be tucked up in bed and older children can chill in the Den with popcorn and movies under the watchful eye of our nannies.
This allows you to join us for pre dinner drinks and canapés by the fire and a relaxed dinner to the sounds of the Jules Verne duo.
New Years Eve
The last day of the year and still so much to do! After a leisurely breakfast it’s definitely time to go outside and blow away the cobwebs, fire up the engines the Quad bikes are here. To avoid all this noise, our little guests can join the Barefoot Storyteller and escape to a magical world.
After lunch Uncle Jack then arrives to perform some magical tricks in the Den while Mum can relax with a beauty treatment and maybe Dads can have their Tarot cards read with the mysterious Ellie May. Older children can learn some new cooking skills with Chef and little ones will be very busy in the Den.
After tea, the younger guests have their own New Years Eve party with celebration disco!
The evening is of course a very grown up event, Black Tie for the Gentleman and something fabulous for the ladies, start the party with the lively sounds of Bally Sulis and a Champagne reception.
A Gourmet dinner, magic tricks, Band and party atmosphere will see us into the wee small hours of the New Year.
New Years Day
No need to get up early today, start the New Year with a leisurely breakfast and then its time to pull on your football boots for our annul Staff v Guests football match, always a great source of amusement, just don’t tackle them too hard they might be suffering a little!
After lunch the ladies can take a master class (knit one purl one, may give you a clue) whilst on the lawn there is Archery for all. Humble Pie Puppets will be in the Den during the afternoon to keep our younger guests entertained.
Tired little ones can then be tucked up in bed, whilst the older children chill with popcorn and movies in the Den.
A relaxed evening for you beginning with drinks and canapés by the fire and soothing music from our harpist before an indulgent dinner.

After breakfast we say a fond farewell and Happy New Year!
