A four night all-inclusive package
Tuesday 23rd December
Welcome to Christmas at Woolley!
Arrive in time to relax and enjoy our informal buffet lunch. To give you time to settle into your rooms, unpack and hide the presents the Woolley Bears Den are having a welcome event and afternoon of activities and ice breakers for all our children to get to know each other. Later in the afternoon the family can gather together to enjoy the Woolley Generation Game!
After a hearty tea our younger guests can be tucked up in bed leaving the older children to settle down to an evening of popcorn and movies under the watchful eye of the nannies from the Den.
In the evening, parents are invited to join us for a wine tasting master class hosted by our suppliers Milton Stanford Wines before enjoying a relaxed dinner with some fabulous music provided by Jules Verne, finishing the evening off with our very own quiz night.
Wednesday 24th December
Woolley Winter Wonderland Day!
It’s very nearly Christmas and we know that our young, and not so young guests are getting excited so there is lots planned to help the day fly by.
A master class for the ladies ( here’s a clue, knit one purl one) Archery for the outdoor types and a morning of activities for the little ones.
After lunch, spoil yourself with a beauty treatment in the comfort of your own room. Meanwhile children will be entertained by the wonderful Sunshine Clowns in the Den. At the end of the day there will be a very special visitor to hear your final Christmas wish list, strictly for children, listen for the sound of the bells and you will know he has arrived! After children’ tea they can once again enjoy popcorn and movies allowing you to indulge in a very special Christmas Eve.
Local Carol singers will join you pre dinner to set the festive mood while you enjoy a glass of champagne by the fireside. During the evening listen to the beautiful sounds of our harpist, Claire Dibble whilst enjoying a menu gourmand and some surprise entertainment. (Black Tie).
Thursday 25th December
It’s Christmas!
This is our favourite day of the year, presents appear as if by magic and the jolly chap with the big white beard even finds time to come and see us! We hope you have been good all year?
Champagne and canapés will be served before a traditional family Christmas lunch with all the trimmings. The children can then enjoy an afternoon of supervised fun with magic while you relax. A traditional pantry buffet will be served in the evening a very relaxed supper so that you have time just to unwind as a family, enjoy the day and rediscover the delights of traditional board games by the fire.
Friday 26th December
After a leisurely breakfast it’s definitely time to go outside and blow away the cobwebs, fire up the engines the Quad bikes are here. At a safe distance there will also be a bouncy castle for children to bounce off some energy.
After lunch the children can be transformed into their favourite superhero, or butterfly with our face painters in the Den. The Hen House will be games challenge HQ this afternoon, parents may be allowed to join in at your children’s discretion.
Popcorn and movies are available again this evening to occupy our younger guests under the supervision of the Den nannies. Spots and Stripes will set the style tonight, we look forward to seeing your sartorial elegance. Tonight’s entertainment defies description , and is guaranteed fun! To keep the party atmosphere going after an opulent dinner we invite you to play the Woolley Casino into the small hours.
Saturday 27th December
After breakfast, we wish you fond farewell and a speedy return.

The programme represents the substance of what we offer; some details may change on the day.
Prices are based upon two adults sharing a room and are Fully Inclusive. They include all accommodation, food, wine, drinks and entertainment as detailed in the programme. For Single Occupancy add 50%.
Children
Babies under one, sharing their parent’s room are free.
Children under twelve sharing their parent’s room and eating children’s meals are charged at £375 each. This price includes FULLY INCLUSIVE of all food, drink and entertainment for children.
Children under twelve sharing their own room (including interconnecting rooms) and eating children’s meals attract a discount of 30% on the adult price per person.
Children twelve and over sharing their own room (including interconnecting) and eating all adult meals, attract a discount of 10% on the adult price per person.
Wanting to Make a Booking?
Bookings must be confirmed with a 30% non-refundable deposit. Bookings will then be subject to a 100% cancellation charge in respect of any places we are not able to re-sell. We highly recommend you take out holiday insurance. We can provide details of one possible insurer. |
